Urteil vom 12.01.2018: Der Hersteller, der eine Abschalteinrichtung verbaut, ist verpflichtet, das Fahrzeug zur\u00fcckzunehmen und den Kaufpreis abz\u00fcglich einer Nutzungsentsch\u00e4digung zu erstatten.Der Hersteller ist haftbar, da er planm\u00e4\u00dfig verschleierte. Auf Updates kommt es nicht an.<\/p>\n

Urteil vom 04.05.2018: Der Hersteller wurde verurteilt, das Fahrzeug zur\u00fcckzunehmen und den Kaufpreis abz\u00fcglich einer Nutzungsentsch\u00e4digung zu erstatten. Au\u00dferdem sind die Zulassungsgeb\u00fchren zu erstatten. Es liegt eine Aushebelung von Umweltvorschriften im Profitinteresse und eine Kundent\u00e4uschung vor.<\/span><\/p>\n
